I can't connect to the printers or I get stuck on a "Hold for Authentication" message. What can I do?

This error most likely comes from a password reset. Go to the printer settings on your device and locate the campus printers named, "CENT_Print-Anywhere". Choose the option to forget the printer, then perform a search for printers and re-add the "CENT_Print-Anywhere" printer. This should reconnect you to the printers after you enter your universal name and password. If you still can't connect to the printers, please submit a ticket with Centenary University's IT Helpdesk by emailing your question to helpdesk@centenaryuniversity.edu
